Patient Portal
The ZiekerEye Patient Portal is a convenient and secure online tool that allows you to request appointments, medication refills, and medical records. You can also use the portal to pay a bill, or to send us a secure message.
Appointments:
To schedule an appointment, please call (518) 450-1080 or use our convenient online Request an Appointment form. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please tell us in advance. We will be glad to reschedule a more favorable time for you. We appreciate your time and consideration and look forward to seeing you.
Insurance coverage:
We accept most medical insurance plans. Please call us at (518) 450-1080 to verify whether or not we accept a particular insurance company’s coverage. Deductibles, co-pays and coinsurance vary by plan, and it is the patient’s responsibility to know the coverage their plan offers. We accept most plans offered by the following carriers:
Aetna, Blueshield of Northeastern NY, Bluecross/Blue Shield, CDPHP, Cigna, Empire BCBS, Empire Plan, GHI HMO Select, Health Now, Humana, Medicare, MVP, Today’s Options, Tricare, and United Healthcare.
Billing & financial questions:
Please call us or send a secure portal message if you have any questions regarding an invoice or other billing matter. We are happy to assist you.
Financing options:
Financing options for multifocal lenses, other advanced technologies, and Pelleve Wrinkle Reduction System are all available through CareCredit. We Accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, cash and personal checks.
